Where we work

Charlotte, and the counties around it.

We have covered Mecklenburg, Lincoln, Gaston, York and Iredell counties for 35 years. If your building sits between two of the runs below, call and ask. It is usually a straightforward yes.

Mecklenburg County

The core of the route. Offices, multi tenant lobbies and retail floors, mostly overnight.

  • Charlotte
  • Huntersville
  • Cornelius
  • Davidson
  • Harrisburg
  • Marshville

Gaston County

Industrial and distribution work alongside standard commercial buildings.

  • Gastonia
  • Belmont
  • Mount Holly
  • Bessemer City
  • Cramerton
  • Dallas

Lincoln and Catawba

The northern run, covering manufacturing and institutional facilities.

  • Lincolnton
  • Hickory
  • Newton
  • Conover
  • Maiden
  • Catawba

York County, South Carolina

Just over the state line, on the same schedule as the south Charlotte run.

  • Fort Mill
  • Lake Wylie

Why the route is drawn this way

Commercial cleaning is scheduled geographically. A crew covering a run of buildings in the same corridor arrives on time, carries the right equipment for the floors on that route, and gets to know the buildings rather than rotating between them.

That is why we quote by where a building sits as well as by what is in it, and why consistency is something we can actually promise rather than hope for.

Tell us where the building is.
