Commercial office cleaning across Charlotte, North Carolina

Daily office cleaning over mixed flooring, restrooms and breakrooms held to the same standard, and the deep cleaning a routine pass never reaches.

Chapter 01

The daily pass

Every visit has a fixed core: dusting, vacuuming, trash removal and disinfection of the surfaces people actually touch. Door handles, switches, shared desks and communal equipment are on that list because they are what carries transfer between one shift and the next.

Around that core, work rotates. Not every surface needs attention every night, but the ones that do should never depend on somebody remembering.

Floor care inside an office

A single office floor is rarely one surface. A carpeted bay, a VCT corridor and a tiled entrance all sit on the same plate and all wear differently, so they get vacuuming, mopping, buffing and polishing matched to what they are rather than one machine pushed across everything.

Getting that wrong is how a corridor ends up needing a full strip while the carpet a few feet away is still fine.

Chapter 03

Restrooms and shared rooms

Restrooms are the room a building gets judged on, so sinks, toilets, partitions and high touch areas are disinfected rather than wiped, and supplies are checked before they run out.

Breakrooms and kitchens come a close second. Countertops, appliances, sinks and utensil areas get the same treatment, because a break area that looks neglected reads as the whole building being neglected.

Deep cleaning and the places nobody vacuums

On a deeper cycle the work moves behind and underneath: behind equipment, under furniture, and into the upholstery and soft furnishings that keep holding dust and allergens long after the carpet looks clean.

Window and glass cleaning runs alongside it, covering interior and exterior glass, doors, partitions and mirrors.
