Glass
Commercial window cleaning in Charlotte, NC
Interior and exterior glass, partitions, skylights and atrium glass, high rise washing with certified safety equipment, and post construction clean off.
Chapter 01
Inside and outside are two different jobs
Interior glass is fingerprints, smudges and settled dust, and it is mostly about frequency. Exterior glass is dirt, grime, airborne pollution and water staining, and it is mostly about not leaving it.
Mineral deposits from run off will etch glass if they sit long enough. At that point cleaning stops being the answer and restoration starts.

Working at height, safely
High rise window washing is planned before anybody touches glass. Access comes first, using certified safety equipment, harnesses, scaffolding and aerial lifts as the building requires.
That planning is the job. The washing itself is the straightforward part.
Chapter 03
The glass that is not a window
A commercial building is full of glass nobody counts as windows: office partitions, conference room dividers, glass doors and mirrors, all of which show marks at eye level.
Overhead glass matters more than most owners expect. Skylights and atrium glazing control how much daylight reaches the floor below, and they dim gradually enough that nobody notices until they are cleaned.
After a build or a fit-out
Post construction window cleaning is a different process from routine washing. Paint residue, adhesive, plaster dust and construction debris have to come off without scratching the glass they are stuck to.
It is worth treating as its own job rather than assuming a normal clean will cover it.
